Ingredients: Water, beta alanine (CarnoSyn®), taurine, PeptoPro® (hydrolysed casein), acidity regulator (citric acid), glucuronolactone, caffeine anhydrous, lemon flavour, sweetener (sucralose), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), colour (tartrazine - may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).
Recommended Use: Drink 1/2 bottle (30 ml) daily before or during workout. Shake before use. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
