CarbonoxTM beruht auf sorgfältig zusammengestellten Kohlenhydratquellen, ausgewählt nach präzise festgelegten Profilen der Schnelligkeit der Verdauung und setzt einfache Zucker in den Blutkreislauf frei. Ausgewählte Proportionen von Kohlenhydratquellen mit hohen (Glukose) sowie mittleren (Maltodextrin) und niedrigen (innovative Isomaltulose mit verlängerter Freisetzung) glykämischen Indexen.
Carbonox enthält L-Arginin.

Einnahmeempfehlung des Herstellers
2-4 Portionen täglich, abhängig von der Häufigkeit und Intensität der Anstrengungen und vom Körpergewicht. 1 Portion (50 g - 90 Einheiten = 3 Messlöffels oder 5 gestrichene Esslöffeln) in ca. 200 bis 300 ml Wasser auflösen und ca. 30 Min. vor und direkt nach der Beendigung der Anstrengung trinken.
